You’re Probably Wondering…
Who is this girl? An accountant from Pittsburgh? A recent college graduate? She has no path! Well, you’d be correct, except for the last one. I’m learning to release control and embrace the path I am on, even if it looks like there is no clear walkway. I think honesty and openness are the most important factors in self-discovery, which is exactly what this is all about. Me. Not to be narcissistic, of course.
1. Why?
The age old question. Why This? Why Now? The answer is simple. I have always wanted to be a writer. So, during this pinnacle point of my existence where there are absolutely zero expectations or commitments in my way, I ask, Why Not?
2. Community
I want this to be a quippy, funny, lighthearted place where my readers can go to understand not only who I am, but think through who they are too. I am a huge proponent of growth. Of the spirit and the mind. So, no matter the age, race, gender, orientation that you identify with, I am creating a space for free thinkers to roam. To play with their mindscapes and listen to their heart strings. Welcome, my dear flowers, to my oasis.
3. Expectations
Posting Schedule:
I would love to ideally post 3-5 times a week, but realistically it will be when creativity and imagination spark.
This goes for specific posts as well. I think that it will take a bit to get my scheduling and footing on here as this is a new activity for me, but I will keep you in the loop if I decide to do a series.
Free vs Paid
Not sure yet. Just here to write. That’ll be something later down the line. For now, let’s just be friends.
